Request deletion without the app

You can request deletion of your Narravita app account and associated hosted data without reinstalling or signing into the app. Email vincenzo@vcreative.it with the subject “Delete my Narravita app account”, or write to the address below.

Include the email you used for the app account and say that you want the account deleted. We will verify the request and explain its status and next steps. Do not send your password, sign-in code, recovery key or archive export. The email link opens a draft; you decide whether to send it.

A support message is a request for assistance, not immediate deletion or proof that a server job was scheduled. If you no longer control the sign-in email, tell us that instead of sending someone else’s credentials. Verification must be proportionate to the request.

Request deletion in Narravita

1. Open You → Account (or Open private account on an access screen) and sign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Keep any desired export somewhere safe. In Delete account and hosted data, read the explanation and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
3. Choose Schedule account deletion. Use the actual result and displayed date as confirmation. An error or pending cancellation is not confirmation.
4. During cooling-off, owned archives are read-only. You can choose Cancel account deletion before processing begins.

If the archive will not open, use the external request above. Clearing app storage or uninstalling is not an account-deletion request and can destroy the only device copy.

Cooling-off and completion

The normal account request schedules a 30-day cooling-off period. Processing requires confirmed subscription-renewal cancellation. After the displayed date, the request becomes eligible for deletion processing; the date is not a guarantee that every copy is already removed.

Automatic server deletion is currently paused while we review how to protect contributors’ originals. Contact us to request deletion and check its status. Scheduling a request does not confirm that it has been fulfilled.

An active Legacy recovery claim can block the request. Billing cancellation, author-original erasure, object cleanup or identity-provider failures can delay processing. Contact us for the status of a held or failed request.

Cancellation is available only while the request is still cancellable. After irreversible processing starts, a cancelled screen action cannot restore removed data.

What is removed and what can remain

Account deletion processes the account’s owned hosted archives, records, originals and associated derivatives, independent retained author copies, account identity and active keys through their relevant cleanup lifecycles. Connected recipient caches and device workspaces are subject to verified deletion and cleanup; an offline device cannot instantly receive a server decision.

Encrypted backups follow their recovery-point schedule. Separately retained checkpoints do not all expire automatically and require review. Hashed deletion markers and limited security, audit, delivery and accounting records can remain for their stated purposes. A legal hold or unresolved cleanup can delay removal. Ask us which records or recovery copies remain and why; removal from the app does not immediately erase every backup.

Copies already exported, downloaded or shared outside Narravita cannot be recalled. Other people’s independently authored sources and legally retained material are not automatically yours to delete. Withdrawal from an archive, removing a phone copy and removing a cloud copy in Your originals are separate from deleting the entire account.

If you want only particular data removed while keeping the account, explain that in your request. We can identify the applicable source, copy or archive action. This does not promise a self-service partial-deletion control for every data category.
