This notice covers the Narravita website and optional early-access waitlist. Joining the list does not create an app account or upload any memories. The app will have a separate privacy notice before public launch.

Who is responsible

Vincenzo Romeo, Narravita’s creator, designer and developer, is the controller of the waitlist information. Contact vincenzo@vcreative.it for privacy questions and requests.

What you choose to share

The form stores your email address, the time you joined and the version of the consent notice you accepted. The purpose is to contact you about Narravita early access. Consent is the basis for this use; joining is optional and is not a condition of browsing the site.

We do not ask for your name, memories, payment details or an app password. We do not sell the list, use it for advertising profiles or subscribe you to unrelated newsletters. There is no automated decision-making or profiling using waitlist entries.

Where it is kept

The waitlist is held separately from Narravita’s story archives on a Hetzner-hosted server in Helsinki, Finland. Email addresses are encrypted in storage. Access is restricted to Vincenzo Romeo and authorized technical administration needed to operate the service; Hetzner provides the hosting infrastructure.

The form saves your interest without sending an automatic confirmation email. Early-access messages will come later. No email marketing platform receives your address when you submit this form.

How long it is kept

Waitlist entries are kept for up to 365 days from joining, unless you request removal sooner. Expired entries are removed automatically. A repeated submission of the same address does not extend that period. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation or a launch date.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing vincenzo@vcreative.it from the address you used. Ask to leave the Narravita waitlist. Withdrawing does not affect processing that already took place on the basis of your consent.

You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information where applicable. We may need to verify control of the email address to protect it. You can raise a concern with your local data protection authority; the European Data Protection Board lists EU authorities.

Browsing and abuse prevention

The site uses no analytics, advertising cookies or third-party fonts. Its walkthrough and example questions run locally without saving your choices. Ordinary connection information, including your IP address, is processed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

The waitlist service uses a temporary keyed representation of the connecting IP to limit repeated attempts, for up to one hour in memory. It does not attach this to your waitlist entry or log form contents. Hosting infrastructure may process connection and operational information to provide the service; this notice does not describe data handling on external sites you choose to visit.

Changes to this notice

The effective date and notice version identify what you agreed to. We will not use existing waitlist consent for a different purpose without an appropriate new choice.
